In this full-time role, you will lead a dynamic team on a 7x7 shift, overseeing all operational aspects. Your responsibilities include performance management, conducting safety meetings, and facilitating job reviews to maintain high standards.

You will also engage with technicians to resolve challenges quickly, ensuring optimal productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Promote a safe and healthy work environment
- Lead technician performance conversations and provide feedback
- Facilitate toolbox talks and safety reviews
- Ensure efficient allocation of manpower and resources
- Maintain accurate service documentation and reports

Requirements:

- Proven leadership and supervisory experience
- Journeyperson Heavy Equipment Technician or similar ticket preferred
- Minimum 4 years' experience with Caterpillar machinery
- Robust communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of Job Hazard Analysis (JHA)
