As part of KIDO, the ESU Team Member provides crucial emergency services across various locations including Sioux Lookout and Thunder Bay. You will help families navigate crises and work towards reunification with care and support. Your role will include inputting vital information into the MDK database and ensuring safety protocols are followed consistently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Approach all tasks with compassion and professionalism
- Participate in MDK service model training for emergency response
- Assist with documentation and reporting of incidents




- Develop and implement Safety Plans as required
- Support case transfers and build relationships with agencies

Requirements:

- Two years' experience in child and youth services
- Completion of high school or social services diploma
- Familiarity with KIDO and MDK principles
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Versatile availability for shift work and emergencies
