In this position, you'll assist the Controller by preparing weekly and quarterly forecasts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with targets. Your analysis of variances will inform decision-making and identify opportunities for cost control. You'll also support budgeting and financial reporting processes through detailed reconciliations and metric tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare weekly and quarterly financial forecasts
- Analyze variances and summarize key drivers

- Prepare monthly financial reports with supporting analysis
- Support internal controls and process improvement initiatives

Requirements:

- CPA designation or active CPA enrollment preferred
- 2+ years of accounting or financial analysis experience
- Solid proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools
- Experience with ERP systems; SAP preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
