Lead, coach, and develop your Business Improvements Staff while aligning resources to business priorities.

- Lead enterprise-wide innovation, operational excellence, AI, and continuous improvement initiatives to drive measurable business results.
- Develop and maintain an innovation framework, including governance, KPIs, prioritization, resource planning, and delivery oversight.
- Translate complex business challenges into structured, value-driven solutions using Six Sigma, Lean, or similar methodologies.
- Drive operational improvements that enhance efficiency, quality, customer experience, and employee experience.
- Standardize processes, metrics, and management routines to embed improvements into daily operations.
- Design and deliver learning programs that build organizational capabilities in innovation and process improvement.

Your Qualifications

- University degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or Finance.
- 7+ years of experience leading innovation, operational excellence, continuous improvement, mobility,



or enterprise transformation initiatives, including people leadership.
- Solid knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience supporting complex enterprise programs, including forecasting, scenario analysis, and business case development.
- Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

The base salary band for this role is $105,000 - $120,000.
