The Purchasing Coordinator will support procurement activities for raw materials, manufacturing components, and finished goods for buy/sell operations. You will play a key role in ensuring timely and cost-effective purchasing while maintaining strong supplier relationships and supporting inventory, logistics, and production requirements.

This position is ideal for a proactive and organized professional with strong analytical and communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Driving Responsibilities:

Source, purchase, and coordinate the supply of raw materials, manufacturing components, and finished goods.

Generate and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with production, planning, and warehouse teams to maintain adequate stock levels.

Communicate with suppliers regarding pricing, lead times, order status, and delivery schedules.

Track and expedite outstanding orders to prevent production interruptions.

Assist with supplier evaluations, performance monitoring, and cost-reduction initiatives.

Maintain accurate purchasing records, supplier information, and procurement documentation.

Coordinate inbound shipments and work closely with logistics providers to ensure efficient transportation and delivery.

Support customs documentation and compliance requirements for international shipments.

Resolve issues related to supplier quality, delivery discrepancies, and invoice variances.

Prepare purchasing reports, spend analysis, and inventory-related metrics as required.

Ensure purchasing activities comply with company policies and procedures.

What You Bring:

Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field

Minimum 2–3 years of purchasing, procurement, or supply chain experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Strong understanding of purchasing processes, inventory management, and supplier relationship management.





Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of customs regulations, import/export documentation, and international trade compliance.

Experience coordinating domestic and international logistics and transportation.

Experience using ERP systems, particularly Epicor ERP.

Professional supply chain or procurement certifications (e.g., SCMP, CPIM, CPSM)
