Duration: 1 Year assignment (contract)

About the Engagement

Akkodis is seeking a highly experienced Senior Solutions Designer with deep expertise in IBM Maximo, enterprise asset management systems, cloud transformation initiatives, and enterprise solution architecture.

The successful consultant will provide technical leadership and subject matter expertise for large-scale work management and asset management initiatives. This role will lead functional and technical solution design, architecture development, application configuration, integrations, cloud modernization efforts, and implementation support while ensuring alignment with business objectives and enterprise technology strategies.

Scope

Lead technical architecture, solution design, and implementation activities for enterprise asset management systems.

Provide architectural leadership for IBM Maximo platforms, associated databases, integrations, and supporting technologies.

Develop technical strategies, architecture frameworks, design standards, and solution documentation.





Support enterprise-wide cloud transformation initiatives utilizing Infrastructure as Code (IaC), software-defined infrastructure, and public/private cloud technologies.

Assignment Deliverables

Technical architecture and solution design documents.

Functional and technical specifications.

Enterprise architecture frameworks and decision documents.

Data migration and conversion strategies, specifications, and mapping documentation.

Integration architecture and interface designs.

Expertise Required

Must Have:

UX/UI Design Experience:

10+ years of experience in software development, systems engineering, solution architecture, or enterprise application design within complex IT environments.

Extensive IBM Maximo expertise, including Maximo 7.6, 7.6.1.2, and MAS 9.1, with hands-on experience in upgrades, configuration, customization, scripting, reporting, and integrations.

Experience leading enterprise cloud transformation initiatives with strong knowledge of Cloud adoption, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), software-defined infrastructure, and public/private cloud environments.

Strong enterprise asset management (EAM) experience,



including integration of Maximo and other asset management platforms with ERP systems.

Experience documenting functional and technical designs and configuring solutions to support work order management and asset lifecycle business processes.

Proven experience in a technical advisory, consulting, or solution leadership role, preferably supporting utility, municipal, or large infrastructure organizations.

Nice to Have:

IBM Maximo certifications.

Cloud architecture certifications.

Experience supporting large-scale digital transformation and modernization programs.
