Job Description: The Care Team Manager of is accountable for efficient operation of the facility by providing clinical and administrative leadership in development, coordination and delivery of quality health services in accordance with the visions, principles and goals as established by the Heartland Health Authority.

Experience
- 5+ years experience in healthcare organization and community health service
- Experience in leadership
Education
- Health Care Administration diploma
- Bachelor of Administration (BAdmin)
- Nursing diploma
Licenses
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
Other Education and Training
- Undergraduate degree in Health or Social Sciences
- Leadership training
- Licensed, and in valuable standing, with regulatory body, if applicable
- Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
