Located in the heart of downtown Vancouver, L'Hermitage Hotel is an award-winning luxury boutique hotel known for its exceptional guest service, elegant accommodations, and personalized hospitality. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Attendant to help deliver the outstanding guest experience our hotel is known for.

Position Overview

As a Housekeeping Room Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, comfort, and presentation of guest rooms and suites to the highest standards. You will play an important role in ensuring every guest enjoys a welcoming and memorable stay.

Key Responsibilities

- Clean and service assigned guest rooms and suites according to hotel standards
- Make beds, change linens, and replenish towels and guest amenities
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, showers, tubs, mirrors, and floors
- Dust furniture, fixtures, and surfaces throughout guest rooms
- Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, and remove garbage and recycling
- Inspect rooms to ensure cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards are met
- Restock housekeeping carts and maintain an organized work area
- Report maintenance concerns, damages,



or lost-and-found items promptly
- Follow all hotel health, safety, and sanitation procedures
- Respond to guest requests in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist with additional housekeeping duties as required

Qualifications

- Previous housekeeping experience is an asset
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent reliability, punctuality, and work ethic
- Excellent time management when assigned duties
- Good English communication skills
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
