Allscape Ltd has been in Winnipeg and operating since 1984. We are a new home levelling and grading, Earth Works company and our goal is to Provide a Safe Work Environment.
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Skid Steer Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a skid steer in a safe and efficient manner, following all safety protocols and company policies. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating heavy equipment, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and possess excellent problem-solving skills and communication skills, A class 3/air driver's license is suggested (We Do Offer in-house Training).
Responsibilities:
- Operate skid steer/ track loader in a safe and efficient manner.
- Ability to see grades and read grades.
- Perform daily maintenance checks on the skid steer loader.
- Be able to read and understand daily reports.
- Be able to safely operate the skid steer loader in a variety of terrain and conditions.
- Be able to work with others and other trades on sites.
- Be Able to Fellow Instructions
- Be able to work Monday to Friday - Min 8-10 hrs/day
- Able to work Weekends if needed, with notice given.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $25.00-$33.00 per hour
