We are currently growing our team, and are looking for an individual who is efficient, effective and able to operate in a quick-paced environment. Supervisors set the tone and lead by example. We will provide full training for all roles, so although preferred, previous experience is not required.

Requirements

- Ability to work under pressure in a high fast-paced environment adhering to tight deadlines
- Solid leadership and interpersonal skills
- Are able to engage others and develop high performance within your team
- Customer service or Restaurant background preferred
- Customer satisfaction mindset

- Must be able to lift 25 lbs
- Able to supervise 10-18 employees
- Demonstrate a passion for guest service and creating exceptional guest experiences
- Pride yourself on building relationships with guests and your teams
- Enjoy leading a diverse team in a rapid-paced environment and develop high performance within your team
- Have strong operational experience
- Have a passion for coaching and mentoring and are comfortable delegating tasks
- Are ready to take on the full responsibility of running shifts at a busy Tim Hortons restaurant
