- Validate release scope, implementation plans, rollback procedures,

- Develop and maintain the enterprise ServiceNow environment and instance management strategy supporting development, testing, training, UAT, pre-production, and production environments
- Coordinate environment provisioning, refreshes, cloning, patching, lifecycle management, and setting availability to support project delivery
- Ensure consistency, stability, configuration alignment, and governance across all ServiceNow instances
- Work closely with platform administration and security teams to manage environment access, roles, permissions, and compliance requirements
- Maintain documentation covering environment configurations, integrations, plugins, versions, dependencies, refresh schedules, and deployment history
- Monitor release and environment performance, producing dashboards, operational metrics, and management reporting to support continuous improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve release quality, deployment automation, operational efficiency, and environment management practices
ABOUT THE QUALIFICATIONS
- 7+ years of experience in Release Management, Environment Management, or Platform Operations within large enterprise IT environments
- Proven experience managing enterprise application releases across multiple development, testing, and production environments
- Experience supporting enterprise ServiceNow implementations, including Change Management and Release Management processes
