Our family is seeking a reliable nanny for part-time after-school care in Dartmouth, NS, starting September 3, 2026. This is a live-out position for less than 20 hours per week, scheduled Monday through Friday, 3-5:30 p.m. The main responsibility will be caring for our 5-year-old child after school, including school pick-up at 3:00 p.m. and walking or driving them home. Once home, duties will include preparing a light snack and keeping them engaged with creative indoor and outdoor play. At times, care may also be needed for our younger child, age 3. Additional responsibilities may include preparing straightforward meals for the children, and doing family laundry. A driver's license is and asset, but not required for this role.
