Reporting to the CEO, the Director serves as a senior HR leader, guiding the Executive Leadership Team in aligning HR strategies with organizational goals. You will spearhead a comprehensive people strategy and ensure compliance across HR practices while fostering a culture that emphasizes inclusion and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute enterprise-wide people strategy
- Oversee total rewards program and compensation practices

Requirements:
- 8-10 years of progressive HR management experience
