Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee strategy and project execution for capital construction projects

- Negotiate complex project agreements and contracts
- Ensure compliance with EHS legislation, regulations, and policies
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree in Engineering;
P.Eng. in Ontario
- Minimum ten years in project execution and agreements
- Solid leadership experience;
seven years preferred
- Knowledge of utility coordination and contract practices
- PMP designation and advanced degree preferred
