At the new Underground lounge and Skylab Event center, you will manage venue tours, coordinate vendor logistics, and oversee day-of execution. Enjoy a competitive base of $48,000 per year plus commission on event bookings. Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Bookings: Conduct venue tours, answer inquiries, and guide clients through the booking process to maximize facility rentals. Event Planning: Coordinate all logistics, including catering, A/V setups, and floor plans, ensuring a seamless experience.Day-of Execution: Oversee event operations in office, manage setup/teardown crews, and act as the main point of contact for clients and vendors.Administration: Maintain accurate records in venue booking software, process contracts, and manage billing.



QualificationsProven track record in event coordination, hospitality, or hospitality sales.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced workplace.Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by event schedules.
