The Outpatient Psychosis Recovery & Treatment Service (PRT) is seeking a part time, permanent Registered Nurse who will jointly support the Psychosis Coordinated Care Service and the Metabolic Clinic. As a Registered Nurse in the PCCS, you will have an opportunity to support clients transitioning from inpatient units and/or preventing inpatient admission for clients who require stabilization of acute psychotic symptoms. PCCS provides case management support, medication administration to clients including the Injection Clinic supporting the General Psychosis Service (GPS). PCCS offers recovery-focused, therapeutic programming based on HQO standards.
