Position Title: Client Onboarding Associate

Line of Business: Client Onboarding

Est. Start Date: ASAP

Length of Contract: 6 months | Extension or FTE- possibility

Location: Toronto, ON, hybrid, two-three days in office - Monday & Tuesday, 2nd week Monday, Tuesday, Friday

Hours of Operation: 9-5 EST

Possibility of Overtime: Ye;s

Compensation: T4-$20/hr-$23/hr

Responsibilities:

- Working with investment advisors to support and facilitate client transfers from other financial institutions (not a client-facing role).

- Open and set up client accounts (NOT CLIENT FACING)

- Follow up on transfers

- Additional tasks include, policy review, escalation management

- Primary focus on opening client accounts and transfers

Must Have Requirements:





- 2-3+ years previous banking operations experience; involved in account openings, transfers (ideally in Wealth Operations)

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word

- Savvy with technology and data

- Experience in escalations and policy review

Nice to Have:

- Motivated to learn

- Interest in learning platforms

- Previous customer service experience

- Bilingual - French & English

Education:

- Post-Secondary

Interviews:

- Max 2 rounds

- 1st round Virtual - MS Teams - 30 minutes

- Potential 2nd round

- Behavioral questions
