Responsibilities

- Lead and coordinate daily food preparation and cooking activities to ensure high-quality meal service.
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety and handling protocols to guarantee a safe dining environment.
- Oversee kitchen operations, including inventory management, food ordering, food presentation, and cleanliness standards.
- Train and mentor team members on food preparation techniques, food ordering, service standards, and safety procedures.
- Collaborate with management to develop menu items that meet quality standards and customer preferences.




- Ensure compliance with all health regulations and industry best practices in the food industry.

Skills

- Proven experience in food service, restaurant operations, or a similar food industry role.
- Understanding of food safety practices and handling procedures.
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with staff and management.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment, inventory control, and restaurant workflow processes.
