The flagging season for 2026 has officially commenced, and we are seeking dedicated Flagging Crew Members WITH VEHICLES to support traffic control and safety operations during outdoor projects. This seasonal role offers an opportunity to work in dynamic environments, ensuring the safety of workers and the public while gaining valuable experience in traffic management. Candidates should be reliable, attentive, and comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions. This position is paid and suitable for individuals seeking seasonal employment or internships related to construction, transportation, or public safety.

Responsibilities

- Direct vehicular and pedestrian traffic at work sites using standard flagging signals
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and traffic regulations to protect workers and the public
- Set up and dismantle traffic control devices such as cones, signs, and barriers
- Communicate effectively with team members and site supervisors to coordinate traffic flow
- Maintain a visible presence in designated areas to prevent accidents or disruptions




- Report any safety hazards or incidents promptly to supervisors
- Assist with site cleanup and organization after daily operations

Skills

- Robust attention to detail and situational awareness to manage traffic safely
- Excellent communication skills for clear signaling and coordination with team members
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat, rain, or cold
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for scheduled shifts
- Prior experience in traffic control or flagging is a plus but not required; training will be provided
- Ability to follow safety instructions meticulously and adhere to all safety guidelines
