- Family Doctor's office is looking for an experienced medical office assistant with good social and computer skills.Electronic medical system experience is an assist- knowledge of PS SUITE EMR system is an asset too - Working days Monday -Friday.
- We are looking for a full-time, and a part time permanent position.
Job description :
- Answer phone calls,call patient into exam room and take a brief history ,Screen reports and faxes,prescription before the MD.
- Responsible for medical supplies ordering and immunizations...etc
- Filling in medical forms and any other job requirement.
- knowing taking some history and preparing pts for the physician , with some medical knowledge is an asset too
- Experience in a medical office is a MUST .
Attractive hours,and salary
Job Types: Full-time, Part time
Pay: $19.20-$23.58 per hour
