Sushi Roll Cook

1001 Nuits Halal Asian Cuisine is hiring an experienced Sushi Roll Cook to join our sushi team.

Main Responsibilities:

- Prepare sushi rolls quickly and consistently
- Make maki rolls, California rolls, spicy rolls, tempura rolls, and hand rolls
- Prepare sushi ingredients, sauces, vegetables, and fillings
- Follow portion sizes and presentation standards
- Keep the sushi station clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Work efficiently during busy dinner and weekend service
- Help reduce food waste and maintain product quality

Requirements:

- Previous sushi roll-making experience is required
- Must be fast, organized, and reliable
- Able to work independently during busy service
- Good knife skills and attention to detail




- Must follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Available to work evenings and weekends
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
- English or French communication skills

Job Type:

Full time or Part-time

Pay:

$18–$21per hour, based on experience and speed
