Anarchy Mechanical is looking for a Full-Time Parts Runner / Office Assistant to join our growing team!

We're looking for a motivated, dependable individual who thrives in a fast-paced setting and takes pride in getting the job done right. If you're organized, energetic, and enjoy supporting a team, we'd love to hear from you.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Complete pickup and delivery of parts, materials, and tools in a time-efficient manner

Communicate with vendors regarding the pickup and delivery of parts as required

Receive materials and place them in appropriate locations as required

Assisting with office organization and administrative tasks

Maintaining inventory and keeping supplies stocked

Cleaning and maintaining offices, bathrooms, and common areas

Supporting technicians and office staff as needed

Performing other general duties to help keep operations running smoothly

REQUIREMENTS:

Possess a valid driver's license with a minimum of three years of driving experience and a pristine driving record

Parts pickup and delivery experience an asset

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

A strong work ethic and positive attitude





Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills

Team player

Ability to lift heavier items
