As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operations of our lumber yard.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and serve yard customers, providing assistance with inventory, returns, and exchange policies.
- Assist customers in selecting and loading lumber and building materials.
- Maintain a clean and organized lumber yard, ensuring safety standards are met.
- Operate forklifts and other equipment to handle and transport materials.
- Collaborate with team members to fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service by offering product knowledge and assistance.
- Maintain the lumber yard, keeping it clean and the inventory neat and orderly.
- Report maintenance needs to the supervisor.
- Adhere to safety regulations when operating equipment.

What you have

- Previous forklift training - an asset (can be provided)
- Knowledge or experience in the hardware and building materials industry - an asset.




- Ability to move materials weighing up to 100 pounds (Required)
