Forklift Operator (Narrow Aisle / Crown Equipment)

SHIFTS:

- Monday to Friday, 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM (Night Shift)
- Day Shift may also be available (hours to be confirmed)

DURATION:

6-Month Position with Potential for Permanent Employment

POSITION SUMMARY:

This role is responsible for the safe and efficient movement of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods throughout the facility while ensuring inventory accuracy and compliance with workplace safety standards. Responsibilities include operating narrow aisle forklifts, loading and unloading trailers, verifying pallet accuracy, performing inventory counts, completing daily equipment inspections, maintaining warehouse management system (WMS) transactions, supporting shipping and receiving activities, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Candidates must have experience operating narrow aisle forklifts, preferably Crown equipment. The current opening is for the night shift; however,



a day shift opportunity may also become available.

REQUIREMENTS:

- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Forklift/Counterbalance Certification.
- Experience operating narrow aisle forklifts.
- Crown Reach Truck experience preferred.
- Experience working in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Robust attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Comfortable performing inventory counts and using warehouse management systems.
