Lounsbury Chevrolet in Dalhousie is seeking a Service Advisor to join our dealership.
The Service Advisor's role is to provide an excellent customer experience. We are seeking a polite, friendly, and well-mannered individual to represent our company and the Chevrolet brand.

This is a full-time, hourly-paid position, and the working hours are Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities
- Schedule service work in the service department
- Discuss the required or recommended services for a vehicle with the customer
- Gather information on the vehicle's condition from the Service Technicians, and advise the customer on recommended or urgently required services
- Explaining the benefits and the potential outcomes of postponing repairs to customers
- Other duties may be assigned as necessary
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Has good computer skills and an aptitude to learn recent software
- Bilingual in English and French (speaking, reading, and writing) is preferred
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong interpersonal, customer service, and troubleshooting skills
- Likes helping people
- Good work ethic
- Must have a valid driver's license & a clean driver's abstract
