About the Role

We're building at the frontier of crypto and financial technology — neobanking, stablecoin cross-border payments, digital wealth management, and tokenized real-world assets (RWA). We're looking for a driven, personable BD/Sales Associate to help us grow relationships, open current markets, and turn conversations into partnerships. This is a high-energy role for someone early in their career who wants to go deep in the crypto industry and grow fast.

This position is ideal for recent graduates (co-op experience is preferred) or engineers with 1–2 years of experience who are eager to grow

What You'll Do

o Identify, prospect, and build relationships with clients, partners, and channel networks across our product lines.

o Support the sales cycle end-to-end: outreach, discovery calls, product demos, follow-up, and closing.

o Act as a bridge between English- and Mandarin-speaking markets, communicating fluently with clients, partners, and internal teams across regions.

o Develop expertise across our product suite:

o Neobanking applications — next-generation digital banking experiences

o Stablecoin-based cross-border payments — faster, cheaper global money movement

o Crypto wealth management products — yield, staking, and portfolio solutions

o RWA & tokenized stocks — bringing real-world assets on-chain

o Represent the company at conferences, industry events, and client meetings — including international travel.

o Gather market feedback and share insights with product and leadership teams.

What We're Looking For

o 1–3 years of experience in business development,



sales, partnerships, or a client-facing role (crypto/fintech experience is a strong plus, but we'll train the right person).

o Fluent Mandarin and English (spoken and written) — you'll work across both markets daily.

o Genuine interest in crypto, digital assets, and financial technology.

o Interest in AI is a strong plus — we lean on AI tools across our workflows and value people who are curious about them.

o Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation instincts.

o Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable in a quick-moving start-up environment.

o Passionate about the work, and flexible with a global schedule (some calls across time zones) and open to travel.

Nice to Have

o Existing network in crypto, fintech, payments, or wealth management.

o Familiarity with blockchain fundamentals, stablecoins, or tokenization.

o Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field.
