- Design and instruct yoga classes in either a heated or non–heated environment to a wide range of clientele and ability levels; incorporating a set required minimum class component criteria as set out by Bliss MediSpa training
- Follow Bliss MediSpa procedures regarding class temperatures and completing temperature settings
- Monitor class participants, provide one-on-one assistance to correct form and/or provide pose modification
- Develop and maintain working relationships and communicate effectively with class participants; be the face of our organization by delivering personalized service
- Advise class participants in regards to their practise of yoga beyond the classroom setting
- Promote the services available in our facility schedule by encouraging class participants to try other classes or spa services suited to their needs
- Promote retail products available in our facility
- Ensure yoga studio is properly maintained before and after each class
- Act as a first aid responder (if trained accordingly and currently certified)
- Maintain facility cleanliness to standards of Bliss MediSpa
- Maintain continuity of classes and performance
- Contribute to the positive morale and atmosphere of Bliss MediSpa
- Contribute to a secure work environment
- Complete duties as assigned by Supervisors, Directors, Managers and Owners
