We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Server/ Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team.

Position Summary

As a Server/ Bartender, you play a pivotal role in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that reflects our “we’ve been expecting you” sense of arrival. You are instrumental in shaping each guest’s impression of quality service throughout the hotel and restaurant.

This leadership position combines hands-on bartending excellence with operational oversight, ensuring exceptional beverage quality, strong team support, and maximized food & beverage revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience & Service Excellence

- Welcome each guest at the bar in a prompt, friendly, and professional manner.
- Create a personable and engaging bar experience that exceeds guest expectations.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of menus, feature items, and beverage offerings to confidently answer guest inquiries.
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail when taking orders and entering them into the POS system.
- Experience in both bartending and serving
- Prepare itemized cheques and process payments efficiently and accurately.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.

Job responsibility.

- Craft quality cocktails with consistency
- Provide attentive table service
- Recommend food and beverage pairings




- Maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Help create an unforgettable Diamond Lounge experience for every guest
- Expertly prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and specialty drinks.
- Follow established recipes, presentation standards, and portion controls.
- Adhere to all regulations governing the service of food and alcohol, including responsible beverage service practices.

Organizational Excellence & Compliance

- Follow all Health, Safety, and Environment Management System (HSEMS) requirements.
- Ensure compliance with restaurant and hotel policies and procedures.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and collaborative workplace culture aligned with Inn values.

Qualifications

- Minimum 1–2 years bartending & serving experience.
- Solid knowledge of spirits, wine, cocktails, and responsible alcohol service
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational and inventory management abilities
- Experience with POS systems (TOCK and Auphan considered an asset)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Hours of Work

Flexible hours based on business needs, including weekends, evenings, and special events.

Competitive industry wages based on experience.
