OCM Lead:
On behalf of our client, Procom is searching for an OCM Lead for a 6-month contract role with potential to extend for 2 years. This position is onsite at our client’s Winnipeg, Manitoba office.

OCM Lead - Job Description:
The Organizational Change Management Lead will be responsible for planning, designing, and delivering high-quality change management approaches and strategies. The role involves working with multiple stakeholders to understand the change impact requirements associated with products and services.

OCM Lead - Responsibilities:

- Participate in data gathering and process workshops and provide inputs for developing the Target Operating Model
- Review System Integrator recommendations with management team, obtain buy-in and provide approvals
- Participate in determining Program team training requirements for implementation efforts
- Develop and deliver a communication strategy to ensure stakeholder involvement and participation
- Develop and analyze Financial and Risk measures for all projects and deliver a Project dashboard
- Participate in developing an end user training strategy
- Develop and deliver end user 'Train the Trainer' training
- Guide the project team in the use of project methodologies, deliverable templates, and tools




- Deliver Change Management approach including stakeholder management and communication

OCM Lead - Mandatory Skills:

- PROSCI Change Management Certification, or ACMP certification
- Bachelor's Degree in Journalism, English Literature, or a related field
- Minimum five years of experience in a change management leadership role
- Experience creating impact assessments and conducting ADKAR assessments
- Solid knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices
- Excellent writing, editing, and proof-reading skills
- Proficiency in creating change management plans and communication strategies

OCM Lead – Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud software including InDesign, Photoshop, Premier Pro, Illustrator
- Experience working on SAP Projects
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines
- Excellent business and political acumen
- Leadership and problem-solving skills
