- Upsell additional services or maintenance based on vehicle needs and customer preferences
- Manage cash handling transactions accurately, including payments and invoices




- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any questions or concerns
- Maintain organized records of all service activities, customer interactions, and sales

Skills

- Proven dealership experience or familiarity with automotive sales processes
- Mechanical knowledge of vehicles, including common repairs and maintenance procedures
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly
- Ability to upsell services confidently while maintaining integrity and transparency
- Experience with automotive repair processes and understanding of dealership operations
- Cash handling experience ensuring accuracy in financial transactions
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
