And now, we’re looking for a Corporate &Wholesale Associate to join our growing team and help share our values with retailers across the country.

As a Corporate & Wholesale Associate, you’ll play a key role in expanding our reach, building relationships with B2B clients, and driving sales growth. You’ll connect with buyers who appreciate quality, comfort, and eco-conscious fashion—and you’ll do it all backed by a supportive, purpose-driven team. Bonus earnings are based on your performance and results.

What You’ll Do

- Relentlessly hunt, source, and convert new wholesale and corporate wear opportunities through cold outreach, strategic networking, and social media prospecting.
- Drive aggressive new-business growth by promoting and selling our collection to retail partners across Canada.
- Cultivate strong, lasting client relationships through proactive communication, attentive service, and a solutions-first mindset.
- Crush monthly and quarterly sales targets, consistently pushing beyond expectations.
- Work hand-in-hand with internal teams to ensure seamless order flow, smooth onboarding, and exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Champion our brand at 3–4 industry trade shows each year, showcasing new collections and opening doors to fresh accounts.




- Own your pipeline and performance, tracking sales activity, analyzing market trends, and reporting on client needs to fuel ongoing growth.

What You Bring

- 1+ year of B2B sales experience (wholesale or fashion industry experience is a solid asset).
- A true hunter’s mentality—driven, proactive, and energized by securing new business.
- Genuine passion for sustainable fashion and a customer-first approach to selling.
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency with MS Office and comfort with digital sales tools.
- Confidence in starting conversations, building trust, and growing relationships with ease.
- Self-motivation and a target-crushing mindset, with a proven track record of exceeding goals.
