Komal Jain Dentistry is looking for a reliable, confident, and patient-focused Dental Receptionist to join our growing team.

This role is primarily focused on:

- Recalling patients
- Booking appointments
- Patient communication and follow-ups
- Supporting front desk operations

Dental office experience is must, and Dental Assistant experience is considered a solid asset.
This is a full time position.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk & Patient Coordination (Primary Role)

- Call patients for recalls and follow-up appointments
- Contact current patient leads and help schedule appointments
- Book, confirm, and manage patient appointments
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries professionally
- Maintain smooth daily scheduling and patient flow
- Handle general front desk and administrative tasks
- Experience using dental software such as Tracker is an asset

Clinical Support (Secondary / Asset)

- Assist with sterilization or chairside support when needed




- Dental Assistant experience is considered a plus

Qualifications

- Previous experience in a dental clinic is must
- Experience as a Dental Receptionist, Dental Assistant, or Dentist is an asset
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Comfortable with patient outreach and recall calling
- Organized, professional, and detail-oriented
- English required; Hindi preferred

Preferred Skills

- Experience with dental scheduling and patient coordination
- Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures
- Ability to multitask in a rapid-paced clinic environment
- Friendly and professional attitude with patients

Job Type

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
