We are currently seeking a motivated Red Seal Industrial Millwright to work in our MADE SAFE Certified plant. Experience in the steel industry, steel processing and industrial automation would be considered an asset. This position will be working closely with our production team while maintaining and enhancing our equipment and facilities.

We're Looking for Someone Who:

- Holds a valid Red Seal Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) certification.
- Lives by a safety-first mindset.
- Enjoys collaborating with other skilled trades professionals.
- Takes pride in sharing knowledge and supporting apprentices.
- Has experience with PM and TPM maintenance programs.
- Is comfortable working with CNC equipment and manufacturing processes.




- Can diagnose and troubleshoot automated equipment and heat-treating systems.
- Has strong fabrication, repair, and problem-solving skills.
- Communicates effectively and builds positive working relationships.

The Selkirk location is a unionized facility, and the salary ranges up to $40.71 per hour plus premiums, depending on experience. Successful applicants will be required to work shifts to support our 24/5 operations.
