Zoom leisure Bike is a fast paced bike shop offering bike rentals and tours. As a team member you will assist in upholding top tier customer care. As a CSR you will help customers within the store by providing information and directions for their bike rental or tour, process payments and answer the phone. The CSR is also responsible for helping customers get set up on bikes and cleaning and maintaining bikes. Having knowledge about Niagara on the Lake and the surrounding area is important to providing the best customer experience possible.

Looking imediate start with full time to september and employment to october.

Responsibilities:

- Learn how to operate all point-of-sale programs. This includes booking tours/rentals, and processing payments within various programs.
- Provide a positive customer service experience and give explicit directions and instructions.




- Communicate effectively with other staff members and maintain a harmonious work environment.
- Answer the phone and provide accurate and friendly responses to questions.
- Assist in setting customers up on bikes
- Assist with cleaning and maintaining bikes.
- Be willing to assist other staff members if required.
- Be able to act as a greeter as necessary.
- Keep retail area clean and stocked.

Requirements:

- Knowledge about Niagara-on-the-Lake and an understanding of the roads and geography
- Knowledge of cycling and bike accessories is and asset
- Drivers licence: preferred
- Basic understanding of how to use an iPad, smartphone and computer.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $17.60 per hour

Licence/Certification:

- Class G Licence (preferred)
