Position:
- Read and understand blueprints and the building code relating to residential and commercial projects.
- Design wall layouts and take offs.
- Be able to work on multiple projects.
- Communicate courteously and effectively with clients and co-workers.
- Maintain positive working relationship with clients.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years design experience.
- Experience with CAD or other related Management software programs.
- Ability to examine drawings and blueprints for conform and error.
- The skill to deal with a variety of customers in a courteous and helpful manner.
- Problem solving, strategic planning with the ability of implementing solutions.
- Negotiate and resolve internal and external conflicts.
