We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our Firehouse Subs location. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Manage and supervise staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations
- Handle cash management, POS transactions (including Micros POS), and financial reporting
- Maintain high standards of food preparation, cooking, and presentation
- Lead team members in delivering excellent customer service and hospitality experiences
- Conduct interviews and participate in hiring processes to build a strong team
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate ordering to ensure product availability
- Implement company policies and procedures to uphold brand standards
- Address customer concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and loyalty

Skills
- Proven experience in restaurant management or food service leadership
- Strong background in food handling, food safety, and kitchen operations
