Security Officer

Titan Security is a company based out of Halifax, Nova Scotia, established in 2016. Providing various services, such as mobile patrol, loss prevention, event and static security, and long-term care support, our focus is how we can better support our communities, especially the people within them.

Duties and responsibilities

- Interact professionally with co-workers, residents, and clients.
- Respond to complaints and concerns from staff, clients, and residents and escalate accordingly (i.e., fire, theft, threats, etc.).
- Report writing (incidents, shift reports, daily pass-on books, and vehicle maintenance logs)
- Implement security measures to protect property, residents,



and staff; patrol assigned areas to monitor activities; and ensure rules and regulations are followed.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

- Maintain integrity, clear written and oral communication skills, basic computer knowledge and maintain a high standard of customer service
- Ideally 2+ years of experience in a Security Guard role.

Pay: $17.00 per hour
