Job Overview

We are seeking a Regulated Pharmacy Technician with a current Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP) license to join our team. In this role, you will support pharmacists in delivering exceptional patient care by accurately preparing and dispensing medications, performing injections, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

We are looking to hire a fully licensed (Ontario College of Pharmacists Regulated Pharmacy Technician) who is injection certified to work within his/her full scope of practice

Duties may include:

- Assist licensed pharmacists in preparing, dispensing, and labeling medications accurately according to prescriptions and protocols
- Manage medication inventory, including stock replenishment, storage, and proper documentation to ensure safety and compliance
- Maintain detailed records of medication transactions, inventory logs, and patient interactions in accordance with regulatory requirements
- Support medication administration processes within hospital or clinical settings, ensuring adherence to medical terminology and safety standards
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to verify medication orders and ensure timely delivery of medications to patients
- Follow all safety protocols related to medication handling, storage,



and disposal while maintaining a clean and organized pharmacy environment

Qualifications

- Current registration as a Pharmacy Technician with the Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP) is mandatory
- Must be injection certified with OCP
- Proven pharmacy technician experience with a strong understanding of medical terminology and medication management
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with patients, healthcare providers, and team members effectively
- Knowledge of medication administration procedures and safety standards within healthcare settings
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
- Commitment to ongoing career development and adherence to regulatory guidelines

Pay: $28.00-$32.00 per hour
