About the Role

This is not a traditional finance position.

We are looking for a highly motivated business professional who enjoys understanding how businesses operate and wants to be involved in every aspect of running a growing company.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will work across finance, operations, marketing, sales, customer experience, and business strategy. Every week will be different. One day you may be preparing financial reports for management, the next you may be launching a customer experience initiative, improving operational processes, supporting the sales team, or helping integrate new business opportunities.

This position has been created as part of Medelco's long-term leadership development strategy and is intended for someone who is excited to learn every aspect of operating a successful business.

What You'll Be Doing:

Finance & Business Administration

- Prepare management reports, dashboards, and financial summaries
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting
- Support bookkeeping activities and financial record management
- Monitor key performance indicators and operational metrics
- Assist with business analysis and reporting
- Support month-end reporting and administrative accounting functions

Note: This role is not intended to perform senior accounting functions such as tax preparation, financial statement compilation, or public accounting responsibilities.

Operations & Business Improvement

- Identify opportunities to improve business processes and operational efficiency
- Assist with inventory, purchasing, logistics, and supplier coordination




- Develop and document standard operating procedures
- Coordinate cross-functional projects throughout the organization
- Lead initiatives that improve operational performance

Customer Experience

- Lead the execution of new customer experience initiatives designed to improve how customers interact with Medelco
- Coordinate projects between customer service, sales, operations, and management
- Monitor results and recommend continuous improvements
- Help ensure every customer interaction reflects Medelco's commitment to exceptional service

Sales & Marketing Support

- Assist with marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives
- Support the sales team through reporting, analysis, and project coordination
- Participate in current product launches
- Assist in preparing presentations and business communications
- Work closely with multiple departments to execute company initiatives

Executive Projects

- Work directly with the Managing Director on strategic initiatives
- Participate in acquisition and integration projects
- Conduct research and business analysis
- Lead special projects as assigned
- Assist wherever required to support the Company's objectives

Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
