The Gilbertson Group. is a growing construction company specializing in high-quality residential renovations, custom homes, additions, and select commercial projects. We are looking for an experienced, motivated Carpenter to join our team.

Responsibilities

- Perform all aspects of residential and commercial carpentry, including framing, finishing, renovations, tenant improvements, and general construction.
- Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and blueprints.
- Install doors, windows, cabinetry, trim, flooring, siding, and other finish materials.
- Complete work to a high standard of quality and craftsmanship.
- Work independently and collaboratively with project managers, subcontractors, and other trades.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site.
- Identify and resolve construction issues while maintaining project schedules.

Qualifications

- Residential and/ or commercial carpentry experience.
- Apprentices are encouraged to apply. We support apprenticeship training and provide opportunities to develop skills through hands-on experience alongside experienced carpenters.




- Strong knowledge of residential and commercial construction methods and applicable building codes.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid Class 5 driver's license and reliable transportation (truck preferred).
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, climbing, and working in various weather conditions.What We Offer
