Job Summary:

We are busy small dealership seeking a skilled and licenced Mechanic to join our team! As a Mechanic, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various vehicles. An ability to get and sign safety slips is required. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in our team environment.

Responsibilities:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements

- Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on vehicles

- Conduct thorough safety inspections to identify any potential problems or safety concerns

- Use diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot complex issues

- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs

- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed

- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in automotive technology

Requirements:

- Able to write safeties





- Mechanic Licence

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Proven experience as a Mechanic

- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and components

- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment

- Excellent problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship

- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks

- Valid driver's license
