We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Year Round Part time and Full-Time Servers to join our dynamic restaurant team. Duties

- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Micros POS
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner while maintaining high service standards
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and perform cashiering duties with accuracy
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas, utensils, and service stations in compliance with food safety standards
- Assist with food preparation and kitchen duties as needed to support smooth operations
- Manage guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure overall guest satisfaction
- Follow proper food handling procedures to uphold health regulations and safety standards




- Manage time effectively during busy shifts to serve multiple tables efficiently

Skills

- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred
- Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS and cashiering procedures
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Ability to handle food safely and maintain sanitation standards at all times
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Knowledge of food industry practices including serving, food handling, and food safety protocols
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Experience with upselling menu items to enhance guest experience

MUST BE ELIGIBLE TO WORK IN CANADA & HOLD CANADIAN CITIZENSHIP OR OPEN CANADA / ONTARIO WORK VISA

Experience in fine dining or similar is required
