We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide professional massage therapy services to clients, promoting relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being. This role offers an opportunity to work in a supportive environment focused on client care and health improvement. Applicants should have a solid understanding of medical terminology, excellent customer service skills, and effective communication abilities to ensure a positive experience for all clients.
Duties
- Perform professional massage therapy treatments tailored to individual client needs
- Assess client conditions and develop personalized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records and treatment notes
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and wellness practices
- Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable treatment environment
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals when necessary to optimize client care
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper sanitation procedures
Skills
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to anatomy, physiology, and massage therapy techniques
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere
- Excellent communication skills for effectively explaining treatments and listening to client concerns
- Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
- Compassionate attitude with a genuine interest in helping clients improve their health and wellness
- Ability to manage multiple clients efficiently while providing high-quality care
- Mandarin is preferred, but not required.

Pay: $80.00-$120.00 per hour
