Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified, reliable, and customer-oriented Clerk to join our team . The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining an organized retail environment, and supporting the daily operations of the store. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, works well in a fast-paced setting, and enjoys interacting with customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and provide courteous, professional service.
- Process sales transactions accurately using a point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Answer customer inquiries and assist with product selection.
- Receive, stock, and organize merchandise.
- Maintain clean, well-presented shelves and displays.
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages.
- Verify pricing and ensure product labeling is accurate.
- Follow company policies, cash-handling procedures, and safety standards.
- Assist with opening, closing, and other daily operational duties.

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent.




- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer and POS system knowledge.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.

Schedule

- 8-hour shifts
- Day, evening, and weekend availability may be required
