GOFO is a tech-driven, last-mile logistics company focused on delivery efficiency and operational excellence across North America. As we continue to expand our operations in Canada, we are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive Station Head to join our fast-growing team. This role leads daily regional operations, manages delivery partners and driver teams, and drives service quality and cost efficiency across the assigned region.

Responsibilities

- Oversee the daily operational management of Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) and drivers within the assigned region.
- Manage driver scheduling, route planning, and capacity dispatching for the assigned region.
- Monitor and ensure that DSPs and drivers operate in compliance with company standards and requirements.
- Supervise DSP and driver delivery efficiency and service quality; through effective communication and continuous optimization, ensure stable, on-time, and high-quality last-mile delivery while balancing quality and cost.
- Conduct root-cause analysis for operational exceptions and implement corrective actions; manage the standards and procedures related to compliance, quality control, and quality assurance.
- Set key performance goals and manage team performance.
- Lead daily operational review meetings to identify issues and determine follow-up actions.
- Manage the budget and monitor the financial health of the assigned region or business unit.





Qualification

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- At least 1 year of frontline last-mile delivery operations management experience, with proven hands-on experience optimizing delivery routes and improving service quality.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate delivery teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, especially in handling challenges specific to last-mile delivery operations.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to drive operational improvements through data.
- Able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to the fast-paced nature of last-mile delivery operations.
- Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is required to effectively support daily communication with Mandarin-speaking DSPs and drivers (business need).

Pay: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
