Seeds and Sprouts Early Learning Centre is looking for a passionate and dedicated Level 2 or Level 3 Early Childhood Educator to join our team in one of our toddler age rooms.

We are seeking an educator who is enthusiastic about working with children aged 2 to 3 years and is committed to creating meaningful learning experiences through a child-led, play-based curriculum. Our ideal candidate is nurturing, reliable, and enjoys building strong relationships with children, families, and fellow educators.

Responsibilities:

- Provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for toddlers.
- Plan and facilitate child-led, play-based learning experiences that support children's interests and development.
- Observe, document, and support each child's growth and learning.
- Encourage children's independence, curiosity, and social-emotional development.
- Build positive relationships with families through open and respectful communication.
- Work collaboratively as part of a supportive team while maintaining a positive and skilled attitude.
- Follow all licensing regulations, health and safety procedures, and centre policies.

Qualifications:

- Alberta Early Childhood Educator Level 2 or Level 3 Certification.




- Experience working with toddlers is preferred.
- Current Standard First Aid & CPR (Level C).
- Current Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A genuine passion for early childhood education and child-led learning.
