Delivery Service Driver

- The Delivery Driver, reporting to the Delivery Manager, will be responsible for ensuring timely and polite product deliveries, with a solid focus on delivering exceptional customer service. This role necessitates a customer-oriented delivery specialist who can be entrusted with handling customer interactions. They should also maintain a friendly and professional demeanor, adhere to punctuality requirements, and consistently fulfill the responsibilities of the role. Additionally, this position may involve assisting in-store tasks and preparing deliveries as time permits.

- Perform deliveries to various client locations, including facilities and homes, following Delivery Specialists’ policies and procedures, ensuring timely arrival.

- Meet delivery deadlines as specified.

- Organize packages and other materials for distribution to designated sites or individuals.

- Deliver a variety of items, including residential homes, condos,



senior apartment complexes, and senior facilities.

- Carry out administrative tasks such as presenting invoices, completing forms, and obtaining customer signatures.

- Load, unload, prepare, clean, and operate the delivery vehicle.

- Collect names and signatures for all deliveries.

- Return completed and legible delivery sheets daily.

- Drive the vehicle safely, adhering to speed limits and traffic regulations.

- Maintain cleanliness inside and outside the vehicle consistently.

- Keep a record of vehicle maintenance on the company supply record sheet and report maintenance needs in writing to the Delivery and Maintenance Supervisor for repairs.

- Provide assistance with facility maintenance and general duties as needed.

- Assist with warehouse tasks as required
