We are looking to hire a full-time Shift Lead.
We are a local establishment that requires team members with integrity, a passion for animal health & wellness and the ability to work well with a diverse, passionate team! The position is an intro to management, with room to move up positions in the future. You will assist management with inventory control, employee development, day-to-day tasks like cleaning and stocking shelves, and assisting customers; our number one priority. The best part is our number one customer is four legged and fluffy!
What we are looking for:
- available to work days, evenings and weekends
- available to cover or switch shifts on occasion
- ability to lift up to 40 lbs repetitively
- attention to detail
- able to manage their own time, and execute their tasks without supervision
- ability to multitask
- Wants to be a part of a team atmosphere with a positive culture
- desire to work with customers (we know this isn't for everyone)
- passionate about the pet industry to and eager to grow their pet care knowledge
- have a valid driver's license
