Rob Case Homes is looking for a full time Red Seal Carpenter to join our team. Rob Case has over 25 years of experience providing specialized home renovations within the Fredericton area along with his team of skilled tradesmen. Rob Case Homes is a dynamic and engaging workplace committed to delivering the highest quality craftsmanship to our customers while supporting the growth of our employees.

Responsibilities:

- Execute carpentry tasks, including but not limited to framing, finishing, and repairs, in accordance with project specifications and the national building code.
- Collaborate with project managers, subtrades, and other team members to bring designs to life.
- Utilize a wide range of tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Demonstrate proficiency in various carpentry techniques.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to established safety protocols.
- Monitor project progress and promptly communicate any challenges or changes to the project manager.
- Provide guidance and supervision to apprentices or junior carpenters as required.

Requirements:

- Red Seal certification
- Proven experience as a carpenter in residential or commercial renovation projects.




- Extensive knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet project deadlines.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety regulations and practices.
- A valid driver's licence and reliable mode of transporation.
