About Us

Drift Zone is a new indoor entertainment destination featuring electric go-karts, arcade games, an indoor playground, birthday parties, and our Pit Stop Café. We are looking for energetic, reliable, and team-oriented Kitchen Team Members to help deliver great food and service in a fast-paced family entertainment workplace.

Position Summary

As a Kitchen Team Member, you will prepare and serve menu items quickly and consistently while maintaining high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and food safety.

Responsibilities

- Prepare food according to recipes and company standards.
- Operate fryers, pizza ovens, grills, and food preparation equipment.
- Assemble burgers, pizzas, wings, tenders, fries, and other menu items.
- Maintain food quality and presentation standards.
- Ensure food safety and sanitation procedures are followed.
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages.
- Receive and store food deliveries properly.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, workstations, and storage areas.




- Work closely with front counter staff during busy periods.
- Assist with birthday parties, corporate events, and large group orders.

Requirements

- Previous restaurant, fast-food, kitchen, or food service experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience operating commercial fryers.
- Experience preparing pizzas and burgers.
